Revisions are included

Every Portrait and Signature film comes with two rounds of revisions after your first cut. Tell us what's not landing — a moment that runs long, a photo you'd rather not include, a piece of music that doesn't feel like her — and we'll re-edit it.

If it still isn't right

If after those revisions you're not satisfied, we'll do one of two things, your choice: a further edit at no charge, or a refund of your editing fee. The kit and app remain yours.

What we can't guarantee

Our editors work with the footage your family records. We coach you through it and our app checks your framing and sound as you go, but we can't create moments that weren't captured. If your footage has a problem we can't fix in the edit, we'll tell you before we start and offer a re-shoot window at no cost.
